Secure program development

Secure systems have become something of a hygiene issue in recent years. Nowadays, the security issue is already on the table in the design process of the system. Yet many people do not prioritize safety, but build what needs to be built and then try to patch over the holes. It is rarely a recommended way of working, leading to both increased costs and an unsafe environment for you and the end customer. The purpose of this training is to increase the security mindset in program development through recommended practices that reduce costs and secure the environment for you and your end customers.

During the course you will learn about, among other things:

  • Basics of information security
  • How to start building a secure software development process
  • An overview of the main security risks for the application

The training is aimed at those who work as developers and/or are responsible for strategic program development and business development in the public and private sectors.
